Pinterest Archiver (desktop)

Save high res images from your boards to your downloads folder.

Installation

  1. Show your bookmarks bar (Cmd+Shift+B on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+B on Windows)
  2. Drag Pinterest Archiver to your bookmarks bar

How to use

  1. Go to any Pinterest board page
  2. Click "Pinterest Archiver" in bookmarks
  3. An overlay shows the board name and pin count
  4. For boards with 500+ pins, there is the option to download in increments of 2000 pins
  5. Clicking start will initiate the download and it will autocomplete when all available pins have been fetched
  6. Clicking pause and download will download the currently fetched pins and resume the fetching process when start is clicked
This tool isn't perfect and works within Pinterest's limits. Hard refreshing a board can yield better results if pins are initially missed. Downloading larger boards (6k+ pins) will take some time.
